3 + 1 Things that lead to
PMS-FREE life

(The last one will blow your mind)

Every WOMAN wants to ACHIEVE MORE in LIFE, and nothing else (even cramps and skin problems) should get in the way! <3

You want to feel more CONFIDENT, BEAUTIFUL and WORTHY.

You dream of welcoming each new month with GRACE and HAPPINESS.

Yung di ka na nagwoworry na “Shems! eto na naman, darating na naman siya. Mesheketttt ne nemen. Huhu

Gone are the days when it’s cool to feel and look haggard.

Gusto mong BLOOMING ka kahit merong period.

At higit sa lahat, you want to LOVE & show the REAL YOU, even on those days!

Here’s what a lot of people learned the hard way:

Any GOOD result requires LONG-TERM perspective & COMMITMENT.

If we want to succeed, it takes SMALL but consistent HABITS that become LIFESTYLE CHANGES.

You see, skin health problems and PMS are  two of the ways how your body communicates with you, screaming, "Hey, take care of me!".

LISTEN to what it says. It craves your love and nurturing.

INVESTING on your SELF-LOVE & SELF-CARE is important in this road to HEALING.

If you’re curious about how the heck you could do it, then read on!

Here are the

THINGS that lead to a PMS-FREE life

Please! Don’t starve yourself, but also stop when you’re already full.

Eat the right amount at the right time.

Integrate fresh, real and whole foods into your diet.

Say NO to junks, Say YES to Healthy Eating!

Trim down your alcohol and caffeine intake.

Consume healthy fats! (more on this later)

Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate!!! Make WATER your best friend <3 <3

Get moving. A simple walk and stretching can help

Baby steps: Start at least 10 minutes per day on your first week – although I bet you’ll enjoy it so much, you won’t want to stop.

Have an accountability partner: ask your trusted one to call you every day and say “Hoy besh! Gising ka na, work out ka na!

More than anything, forgive yourself whenever you slack off. Pat yourself and say “Okay lang yan, Self. Pero bukas dapat go na ha.

No 3: Manage Stress

(YES, because toxic energy can increase your pain & it shows on your skin too)

Your mind and emotions are important factors!

Integrate SELF-COMPASSION into your life. (This means – embracing your downs, and celebrating your ups)

Start with daily meditation & positive visualization.

Always begin the day with positive self-talk – and drag it on all throughout the day.

Practice breathing in and out.

Get rid of negatrons. ( ‘nuff said! )

*Of course, evaluate yourself din baka ikaw pala ang negatron diba, hehe. Peace!

Dig into the roots of your emotional reactions with the help of proper professionals. (Remember, smart people ask for help)

No. 4: (LAST but definitely not the least) -

Include helpful supplements to your lifestyle.

Remember when I told you about integrating healthy fats onto your diet?

Well this is it!

Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) is an omega 6 fatty acid found in plants extracts such as black currant oil, evening primerose oil and borage seed oil.

Among the three, it is the BORAGE OIL which has the highest GLA content.

So why are women (and men) are RAVING about Borage Oil?

The GLA in Borage Oil helps in moisturizing and hydrating the skin from within, while promoting healthy reproductive system- particularly in relieving PMS, menstrual cramps and menopausal symptoms.

Well, don’t just take our word for it.

“It made my pale skin brighter and glowing. Aside from skin benefits, I also noticed less PMS symptoms like breast pain and tenderness.”

– Kath Rivera, Beauty & Mom Blogger

“True enough, I did and that is (why) my skin looked a bit more hydrated… it helped and boosted the benefits of my hydration- centric skin care...

About my period: It’s VERY irregular: I have it every two to three months, sometimes four if I’m overly stressed… (but) As of this writing, I now have my period and in my assessment, I’m not yet due until the next month or two. Wow!”

– Martha Sta. Barbara, Beauty Blogger

“This one’s a-m-a-z-i-n-g! Healthy skin starts from within. My skin is plump and soft from the moment I wake up. When I look in the mirror all I see is radiance. I can even skip the moisturizer and just use a sunblock right away after cleansing. I also have less symptoms of PMS. No more intense tummy pain that makes me go cray on a monthly basis.”

-Kaycee Enerva, Beauty & Fitness Blogger

“No PMS this month… I would say my skin now looks dewy, not oily. I noticed that because at around 2-3pm at work, I normally do some retouch and blot oil from my face but now I have to think twice if I should blot or not because I don’t look oily at all... I also noticed a slight change on parts where I have very dry skin like my feet. It doesn’t feel extra dry lately. If you want to take your skincare routine to a higher level, this could be the right skin-boosting supplement for you – especially if you have dry skin.”
